Following on our initial message regarding the contract expiration of the US and East Coast Longshoreman on October 1, and the potential for strike action if the contract can not be agreed, we are advising you of this update.

Today, the first of our carriers (COSCO) has notified us that they will not be accepting any containers for vessels due to depart after October 1^st to avoid having those containers stuck at the railyards or shipyards in the event the strike does come to fruition.
